Role Description: Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for a versatile and driven Full Stack Engineer to join our team on-site in the Gurugram. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance web and mobile applications.
You will work across the entire stack, ensuring that our front-end interfaces are as intuitive as our back-end systems are robust. From architecting server-side logic to deploying responsive UI components, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software that is reliable, scalable, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient server-side code.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD.
Qualifications
- Core Technical Stack: Proven expertise in Python (Back-End) and Next.js (Front-End).
- Mobile Development: Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Frameworks & Tools: Deep understanding of modern software development frameworks and the ability to build robust, production-ready applications.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Database Management: Proficiency in working with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
