Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, a deep understanding of system architecture, and the ability to deliver high-performance applications aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development
· Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
Backend Development
· Design and develop robust, scalable backend systems using technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
· Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
· Ensure application security, data protection, and performance optimization.
Database & System Design
· Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
· Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security.
· Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.
Integration & Deployment
· Integrate third-party APIs and services.
· Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
· Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Collaboration & Mentorship
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
· Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
· Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
· 6+ years of experience in full stack development.
· Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Angular/Vue.js.
· Experience in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
· Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
· Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.
