Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that integrate both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring responsive, secure, and high-performance applications. The engineer will collaborate with designers, developers, and digital marketing teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring close coordination with the local team and active participation in project planning, code reviews, and deployment activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
- Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development and general Software Development skills, covering end-to-end application architecture and implementation.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
