Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (PHP / Laravel) with minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience to join our team at our Noida office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while continuously improving system performance and user experience.
In addition to strong development skills, the candidate should be highly proficient in using modern AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate development, automate workflows, and build intelligent features into our platform.
This role requires someone who enjoys building high-performance applications, solving complex problems, and leveraging AI to improve productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
- Build robust REST APIs, backend services, and database-driven architectures.
- Develop responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to implement new platform features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate AI-powered APIs, automation tools, and intelligent workflows into the platform.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to effectively leverage AI tools for development, testing, debugging, and content generation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing codebase.
- Participate in system architecture planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in web application development.
- Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Excellent skills in Prompt Engineering and effective usage of AI development tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as AI coding assistants, automation tools, and AI APIs) to improve development workflows.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with PropTech, real estate, or marketplace platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, server management, or DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating AI-powered features into web applications.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
