AI Product Engineer (Full Stack) - Remote (India)
About the role:
A leading AI technology integration company is building a production-grade AI platform for healthcare and enterprise data systems. They are looking for an AI Product Engineer who can build real product features end-to-end using LLMs, APIs, and modern web technologies.

Our client is engaged in the business of building core AI-powered data orchestration and automation platform designed to operate on top of existing enterprise systems. They develop reusable core technology for healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and other regulated industries, supported by experienced financial and strategic partners for long-term focus and disciplined execution.
The company focuses on:
- Data ingestion from complex and non-standard sources such as portals, PDFs, legacy systems, and APIs
- Orchestration of workflows across heterogeneous enterprise systems
- Controlled and auditable AI enablement embedded into real operational processes
About the Founder:
The Company is founded and led by an accomplished entrepreneur and technology strategist with an international background across Italy, Europe, and the United States, having a strong track record of building and operating technology initiatives in complex environments and is actively involved in product architecture and strategic decision-making.
Location: Remote (India)
Roles & reponsibility
- Build AI-powered product features using LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- Develop backend APIs (FastAPI / Python)
- Build frontend dashboards (React / Next.js)
- Implement RAG pipelines (basic retrieval + LLM responses)
- Work directly on real use cases (claims, analytics, document intelligence)
- Ship features fast and iterate based on real usage
Requirement
- Strong Python + FastAPI (or similar backend)
- Experience with React / Next.js (or similar frontend)
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenAI / LLM APIs
- RAG systems (even basic)
- vector databases (optional but good)
- Ability to build end-to-end (API → UI → AI integration)
- Experience building real applications (not just demos)
Nice to have
- Experience with document processing (PDF, OCR)
- Experience with analytics dashboards
- Experience with SQL / data querying
- Experience with LangChain / LiteLLM / similar tools
