Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Vilavankod, with flexibility for some work from home. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring application reliability and security. The role involves collaborating with designers and product stakeholders, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The engineer will also help improve development workflows, troubleshoot issues in production environments, and continuously refine products to meet user and business needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Back-End Web Development and working with APIs and databases.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) is beneficial.
- Proficiency with version control (Git), testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, document technical decisions, and collaborate effectively in a small, cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Salary: 5.5LPA - 6LPA ( 46,000 - 50,000) (NEGOTIABLE)
