Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, working across front-end and back-end development. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, writing efficient and scalable code, ensuring application responsiveness, integrating user interfaces with server-side logic, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices in development. The Engineer will also be tasked with creating secure, reliable, and scalable systems to align with the company's technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including RESTful APIs, server management, and database design
- Experience 1 to 3 years
- Experience in Front-End Development with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on expertise in Full-Stack Development, building and maintaining end-to-end web applications
- Strong understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and its integration with UI/UX design
- Familiarity with scalable and secure system architectures
- Experience working within hybrid work environments and collaborating effectively with distributed teams
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in fintech, cybersecurity, or algorithmic trading platforms is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
