Grow Your Staff is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-heavy) for a US-based AI-powered technical accounting platform. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the Co-founder to build enterprise-grade AI software.

CTC: 22-38 LPA
Location: Remote
Time: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
- Design and build backend systems in Python (Flask), APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
- Implement and maintain security controls, including RBAC, encryption (at rest and in transit), audit trails, secrets management, input validation, and vulnerability remediation
- Own the deployment pipeline, including Dockerized services, CI/CD workflows, environment management, and production reliability
- Harden AWS infrastructure to align with SOC 2 compliance and enterprise security requirements
- Apply security hardening to the existing AWS production environment and remediate security findings
- Support enterprise customer security reviews and InfoSec questionnaires
- Design and maintain audit logging systems at both application and infrastructure levels
- Apply secure SDLC practices, including threat modeling, dependency scanning, code review gates, and CI/CD security controls
- Work directly with founders to ship AI-powered product modules end-to-end
- Make sound architectural trade-offs in a fast-moving, zero-to-one startup environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven 3-5 years of full-stack engineering experience (backend-heavy)
- Proven 1 year of hands-on production security hardening experience at the infrastructure and backend systems level
- Experience implementing RBAC across services and environments
- Experience designing and maintaining audit logging systems (application + infrastructure level)
- Experience applying secure SDLC implementation (threat modeling, dependency scanning)
- Experience hardening AWS infrastructure (IAM policies, least privilege access, VPC security groups, security baselines)
- Experience supporting enterprise security questionnaires and InfoSec reviews
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered applications
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
