Job Title
Part-Time Full-Stack Developer (Laravel PHP + Next.js)
Location
Mumbai (Hybrid)
- Weekdays: Remote
- Saturday: Onsite in Mumbai (mandatory)
Work Hours
15–20 hours per week (part-time)
Flexible weekday schedule + fixed Saturday onsite.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and delivery) + Bonus
Role Summary
We are looking for a part-time full-stack developer who can manage our website frontend (Next.js) and backend APIs (Laravel/PHP). Our website is connected to a CMS/CRM, so the person should be comfortable handling integrations, fixing bugs, and making regular updates without breaking live flows.
This is a maintenance + enhancements role (not only fresh development).
Key Responsibilities1) Frontend (Next.js)
- Maintain and enhance the website built in Next.js
- Build/modify pages, sections, forms, and components
- Ensure responsive UI, good performance, and SEO-friendly implementation
- Debug frontend issues and improve user experience
2) Backend (Laravel / PHP)
- Maintain and enhance Laravel APIs used by the website/CMS/CRM
- Create/update endpoints, validations, business logic, and error handling
- Work with authentication and role-based access if required
- Debug production issues and implement reliable fixes
3) CMS/CRM Integration
- Ensure website forms/leads/data flow correctly into CRM
- Fix sync/integration issues between website ↔ backend ↔ CRM/CMS
- Work on API/webhook-based integrations if needed
4) Deployment & Support
- Use Git for version control and clean delivery
- Support deployment updates (basic server coordination if required)
- Weekly status updates + task planning
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
✅ 3+ years hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP)
✅ 3+ years hands-on experience with Next.js
✅ Strong fundamentals in:
- JavaScript / TypeScript (any is fine, but must be comfortable)
- REST API integration (JSON, authentication, error handling)
- MySQL / database basics (queries, debugging, relationships)
- Git (branching, PRs, merging, conflict resolution)
✅ Practical experience maintaining existing production websites (important)
Good to Have (Preferred)
- React ecosystem experience (hooks, state management basics)
- Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
- Basic DevOps understanding (cPanel/Nginx/Apache, environment variables, logs)
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared/etc.) or similar integrations
- Knowledge of caching/performance optimization and security best practices

- Website runs smoothly with minimal downtime
- CRM/CMS integrations stay stable (forms + lead capture never break)
- Faster bug fix turnaround and clean updates
- Clear weekly communication and predictable delivery
Work Model / Process
- 15–20 hrs/week
- Saturday onsite in Mumbai (mandatory) for review + planning + deployment (if needed)
- Weekdays remote work with updates on WhatsApp/Slack/Email
