Full Stack Engineer (AI-First)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (AI-First) with strong expertise in Angular, Java (Spring Boot), and MSSQL to build and enhance large-scale financial applications. The role requires leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate software delivery and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
·Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Angular, Spring Boot, and MSSQL.
·Build REST APIs, backend services, and responsive frontend modules for financial and trading platforms.
·Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
·Use AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT across design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
·Design and implement RAG solutions, AI agent workflows, and LLM-powered applications using Python and Claude/GPT APIs.
·Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
·Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and solution discussions.
·Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
·5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
·Strong hands-on experience in:
o Angular
o Java
o Spring Boot
o MSSQL
·Expertise in REST API development and microservices architecture.
·Strong SQL and database optimization skills.
·Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
·Hands-on experience with Python and LLM integrations.
·Experience building RAG-based solutions and AI agent workflows.
·Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
·Exposure to Financial Services, Capital Markets, Trading, or Wealth Management domains.
·Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
·Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
·Familiarity with vector databases and modern AI frameworks.
Educational Qualification
·Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
