We are Fuse Media — a fast-growing SaaS platform. We are looking for a part-time Full-Stack Contractor to join our remote team.
You will work remotely on your own schedule with two weekly video calls with our team. Calls are held between 5AM and 8AM CST — please confirm you can accommodate this window before applying.
What you will do:
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Work with our AWS infrastructure including database, storage, and cloud services. Support frontend development and contribute to UI improvements. Collaborate directly with our CTO on architecture decisions, code reviews, and feature development. Ship production-ready code on a live and growing product.
Tech Stack:
Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js. Database: AWS. Storage: AWS S3. Payments: Stripe. AI: Anthropic Claude API. Email: Outlook. Open to experience with additional platforms and tools.
Requirements:
2 plus years experience in Node.js and TypeScript. Strong backend development skills — APIs, authentication, webhooks, and database management. AWS experience required — S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar. Stripe integration experience a plus. Experience integrating third-party APIs a strong plus. Clean GitHub portfolio with real projects — GitHub link required to apply. Strong English communication. Available minimum 6 hours per week, up to 40 hours based on project needs. Comfortable signing an NDA, IP assignment agreement, and 2-year non-compete.
Compensation:
$10 per hour. Hours vary weekly based on project needs. Performance bonuses tied to company growth milestones. Fully remote.
