About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at MINDTEL. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and modern frontend interfaces. Your expertise will enable us to build intelligent, agent-based AI pipelines and integrate advanced machine learning models to enhance our product offerings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that leverage the latest in AI and cloud technologies, contributing directly to the company's growth and technological leadership.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in product engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI frameworks including LangGraph, LangChain, Bedrock Agents, and Strands.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and Next.js, with experience in TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Material UI.
- Experience working with Vector Databases like Milvus and Chroma, and implementing retrieval workflows.
- Solid knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) integration, embeddings, tokenization, and prompt lifecycle management.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services utilizing Python, FastAPI, AWS Lambda, and container-based architectures to ensure high availability and performance.
- Build and integrate agentic AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, and Strands Framework.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including document ingestion pipelines, chunking strategies, embedding generation, and vector search & retrieval using databases like Milvus and Chroma.
- Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate LLMs, embedding models, and custom model endpoints into production systems.
- Develop and maintain robust API endpoints with comprehensive logging, monitoring, rate limiting, and security measures like authentication and authorization.
- Implement workflow automation, messaging queues, event triggers, and caching layers to optimize system efficiency and responsiveness.
- Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Material UI, ensuring seamless integration with backend services via REST, WebSockets, or GraphQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative solutions on time.
- Maintain documentation of system architecture, API specifications, and development processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
