About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 4 to 6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that span both backend and frontend systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong hands-on background in Java backend development, React frontend development, and AWS/DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver innovative financial solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. They should have a proven track record of building secure, robust, and scalable applications from scratch, with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Experience working within NBFC/lending platforms, payment gateways, or core banking systems is highly desirable. A strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including KYC and NBFC norms, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in integrating with credit bureaus, banking APIs, and payment systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices tailored for financial products and platforms, ensuring high availability and security.
- Integrate with third-party systems such as credit bureaus, payment gateways, and banking services to facilitate smooth data exchange and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Adhere to industry best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards including KYC, data security, and audit logs.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and performance tuning to maintain code quality and optimize application performance.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to model financial data, ensuring data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Utilize messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for building distributed, event-driven architectures.
- Contribute to the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and other deployment tools to streamline release cycles.
- Engage with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
