ROLE: FULL STACK INTERN (Frontend + Backend)
We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Intern to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Intern at Emplo AI, you will contribute to both the frontend and backend of our recruitment platform, working closely with our product and engineering teams to build innovative, scalable features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain responsive, interactive user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Build and integrate server-side logic using FastAPI
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling and database management
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality
• Gain hands-on exposure to AI coding platforms and modern development tools
• Follow software development best practices including version control (Git)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Foundational knowledge of frontend development — React, TypeScript, and CSS
• Understanding of backend development and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn FastAPI and MongoDB
• Basic understanding of how frontend and backend systems integrate
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and debugging tools
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
