Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is seeking a Full Stack Developer. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.
Major Responsibilities
· Coordinates with other IT groups to manage PeopleSoft ERP applications and processes
· Develop user interfaces and frontend components using Angular/ReactJS and mobile interfaces using Flutter/React Native.
· Experience working with CRM or ERP
· High-performance Java for developing web applications with HTML, Spring container, Spring MVC, Apache Kafka
· Collaboration on strategic projects (Cloud, IoT, Machine Learning)
· Integrate APIs and web services to connect frontend applications with backend services.
· Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure and ensure scalability and performance.
· Perform testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
· Manages development efforts and guides team members on enterprise software development initiatives, priorities, and projects
· Work with databases, including design, implementation, and data management.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
· Delivery of customer-specific maintenance and upgrade services for customers with special consulting requirements

Skills and Qualifications
Must-Haves:
· Angular Framework / ReactJS//NodeJS/NestJS Framework: Practical experience in building web applications using either Angular or ReactJS.
· Must know Database MongoDB/Postgres/AWS DynamoDB
· AWS / Azure Cloud: Practical experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
· Flutter Framework / React Native: Practical experience in developing mobile applications using either Flutter or React Native.
· Experience with ERP systems.
Added Advantages:
· Ability to create wireframes and prototype user interfaces (Wireframe Designing)
· Familiarity with Node.js for server-side development and building scalable network applications.
· Ability to work with databases like MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
· Expertise in Oracle and/or Netezza
· Expertise in developing Unix Shell Scripts to automate Data Integration processes
· Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment – Being versatile, dynamic, results-oriented, flexible, and able to work under tight deadlines
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
· 1 to 4 years of experience with the mentioned technologies and frameworks.
· Should be flexible enough to work on new technology.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
· Must be able to work as a Team Leader and an individual contributor.
· Manage end-to-end product life cycle
· Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.
· Provide leadership to accomplish goals, with the ability to multitask
