real-world skill simulations. We are building an AI-assisted recruitment platform that enables
multi-round interviews, intelligent candidate-job matching, automated scoring, and AI-powered
candidate evaluations.
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django,
combined with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js. This is a Python-heavy role where
you will work on AI-powered systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and
scalable web applications.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Develop AI-powered features involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, indexing, and retrieval workflows.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, complex queries, APIs, and asynchronous background processes.
- Build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Implement scalable frontend state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, or similar technologies.
- Translate detailed Figma designs into polished, pixel-accurate, production-quality user interfaces.
- Build complex SaaS dashboards, forms, data tables, filters, workflows, and reusable component systems.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, AI services, and asynchronous backend workflows.
- Take ownership of features from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Strong professional experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG workflows, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Experience with vector technologies such as pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Weaviate, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with frontend state management and server-state management.
- Strong UI/UX implementation skills with excellent attention to design details and responsiveness.
- Experience designing scalable REST APIs and asynchronous processing workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and feature ownership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Familiarity with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
- Previous experience working in AI, SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech startups.
