Dream Opportunity is a global organization focused on expanding access to high-income career pathways for under-resourced students.
We partner with multi-billion-dollar companies including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, EY, Blackstone, Paramount, Informa, Kellogg’s, Kellanova, and others to provide students with real exposure to careers and professional networks.
Building on this foundation, we are launching Dreamari, a global AI-powered, gamified ed-tech platform designed to help students discover careers, build skills, and unlock opportunity at scale.
Dreamari will launch with immediate distribution across eight countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, the Philippines, Mexico, Singapore, and the UAE.
We are forming the first selected core technical team to build this platform from the ground up. These roles will influence product architecture, user experience, global scalability, and long-term technical direction.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will help build and scale the core user-facing application. You’ll work on features such as “Day in the Life” interactive games, the career discovery feed, leaderboards, and the cloud-based backend systems supporting students globally.
This is a founding engineering role with direct influence on product direction, system architecture, and long-term scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain mobile and web interfaces for students and counselors
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, authentication, and real-time data flows
- Architect scalable, cloud-based systems that can grow from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users
- Implement game-like mechanics that drive daily engagement, motivation, and skill progression
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to shape user experience and technical decisions
- Write clear documentation and follow strong engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, monitoring)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or software engineering roles
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with React Native or comparable mobile frameworks
- Experience with Node.js, backend JavaScript, or similar backend runtimes
- Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or comparable serverless / backend-as-a-service platforms
- Solid understanding of cloud deployment, scalability, and application performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment

- Experience building consumer-facing applications with high engagement
- Exposure to real-time systems, notifications, or gamification mechanics
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: ₹55 LPA (approximately $60,000 USD annually)
