Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver assigned sub-workstreams/sub-modules within the project.
- Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing applications.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services.
- Work with MongoDB and RDBMS databases.
- Integrate applications with cloud services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.
