Senior Full Stack Engineer
Build AI products. Own the architecture. Ship end-to-end.
We're looking for experienced full-stack engineers with deep Python and JavaScript/TypeScript expertise who are already AI-native. You'll own complex features from architecture to production across our Django backend, Next.js platform, React Native apps, AI agents, and enterprise products.
You'll work directly with the founders, set the engineering bar, mentor junior engineers, and partner with customers to build production systems.

What You'll DoOwn Product Development
- Lead complex features from architecture through production
- Design scalable backend systems using Python and Django
- Build production-grade web applications using Next.js and TypeScript
- Develop React Native applications for iOS and Android
- Build AI-powered workflows and LLM integrations
- Design APIs, data models and system architecture
- Improve performance, reliability and developer experience
Raise the Engineering Bar
- Review architecture, code and technical design
- Mentor junior engineers and accelerate their growth
- Improve engineering standards, tooling and development workflows
- Drive best practices across backend, frontend and mobile
- Improve AI-assisted development workflows across the team
Partner with Customers
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Lead implementation of customer-facing projects
- Demo features, gather feedback and iterate rapidly
What We're Looking ForMust Have
- 5+ years building production software
- Deep Python expertise (Django preferred)
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
- Significant experience with React or Next.js
- Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge
- Experience deploying and operating production systems
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Most importantly:
You already use AI coding tools every day.
Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar tools should already be a core part of how you build software. We value engineers who know how to direct AI, review its work and validate systems—not simply generate code.
