Role Description:
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and work across a variety of products in our Next.js codebase — from CRMs and operations dashboards to admin panels, client portals, and internal tools, spanning industries like logistics, healthcare, property management, consulting, recruiting, and e-commerce. You'll be working on fast-moving projects, picking up tasks across the stack — from UI components to API routes to database integrations — and shipping quickly with high quality.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain features across multiple full-stack Next.js applications (App Router, API routes, server components, client components).
Translate design mockups and product requirements into clean, production-ready UI using Tailwind CSS and component libraries.
Integrate and maintain backend logic, including REST/tRPC APIs, database queries, and third-party services.
Debug and resolve issues across the stack — from UI rendering bugs to backend performance problems.
Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate closely with the founding team to scope, estimate, and ship tasks on tight timelines.
Contribute to improving DX — tooling, patterns, and conventions as the codebase grows.
Requirements:
0–2 years of professional experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
Strong TypeScript fundamentals
Solid understanding of React — hooks, state management, rendering behavior
Experience with a backend ORM or query layer (Drizzle, Prisma, or similar)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL or another relational database
Comfortable working with Tailwind CSS and shipping polished UIs
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and move fast without hand-holding.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI — integrating LLM APIs, building AI-powered features, or working with AI coding tools
