Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer III (SDE-3) with 4–6 years of
experience in full stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Node.js-based backend systems and modern frontend frameworks.
This role requires not only strong technical skills but also the ability to lead a small team of
junior developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js,
and GraphQL.
● Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, Next.js,
React Native, or Flutter.
● Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.
● Lead and mentor a small team of junior developers, providing technical guidance and
code reviews.
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver product
features.
● Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best engineering practices.
● Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
● Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues when required.
Required Skills
● 4–6 years of professional software development experience
● Strong backend development experience with:
○ Node.js
○ Express.js
○ GraphQL
● Frontend development experience with at least one of:
○ React.js
○ Next.js
○ React Native
○ Flutter
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
● Experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
● Solid understanding of database design (SQL or NoSQL)
● Experience with Git-based development workflows
● Ability to mentor junior developers and lead small teams
● Good understanding of scalable system design and performance optimization
Good to Have
● Experience working in a product-based company
● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
● Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
● Experience building consumer-facing or health-tech platforms
● Understanding of microservices architecture
