About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable web applications and solving complex technical challenges.
As a Full Stack Engineer at BrandLabs, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to design, develop, and deploy modern web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, architecture discussions, code reviews, and ensuring high-quality product delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build products used by thousands of users globally.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build high-performance frontend experiences using Next.js and TypeScript.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using NestJS.
- Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL and Sequelize ORM.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers when required.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues proactively.

RequirementsMust Have- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript across frontend and backend.
- Extensive experience with Next.js and React.
- Strong backend development experience using NestJS.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.
- Experience working with Sequelize ORM.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred- Experience working in startups or product companies.
- Experience building SaaS products.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating AI models and third-party APIs.
- Open-source contributions or side projects.
