We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4–6 years of experience who can build modern web applications and also work effectively on analytics-driven applications. The ideal candidate should understand how data is collected, processed, analysed, and presented, and be able to translate analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
What will you do:
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of analytics-enabled web applications
- Understand and translate functional requirements into technical designs
- Build data-driven UI components such as dashboards, charts, and reports
- Design and implement backend services and APIs to support analytics use cases
- Work with structured and semi-structured data to support analytical workflows
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and data accuracy
- Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to deliver insights-driven features
- Debug and resolve issues across application and data layers
- Ensure reliability and correctness of analytics outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Frontend (Analytics-Focused)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with React
- Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Familiarity with charting libraries such as Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts, G2 or Highcharts
- Ability to translate analytical insights into intuitive user interfaces
Backend (Data & Analytics-Oriented)
- Experience with Python
- Strong understanding of GraphQL and RESTful API design for analytics use cases
- Experience building APIs for data aggregation, filtering, and transformations
- Knowledge of authentication and role-based access for analytics applications
- Strong DSA and problem solving skillset
Databases & Data Handling
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and OLAP database such as ClickHouse
- Ability to write complex analytical queries (joins, aggregations, window functions)
- Understanding of data modelling for reporting and analytics
- Exposure to large datasets and performance optimization
Tools & Platforms
- Version control using Git
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of Docker / containerization
- Cursor or Claude Code
