Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Engineer with strong skills in the MERN stack, React Native, and C++, to join our core engineering team. You’ll work on high-performance applications involving real-time communication, telemetry, control interfaces, and mobile tools, systems where reliability, performance, and clean architecture matter deeply.

If you're someone who loves working across the stack and blending web, mobile, and systems-level programming, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using SQL, MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Build intuitive cross-platform mobile apps using React Native
• Implement low-latency backend logic and data handling layers with C++ components
• Create robust APIs and data pipelines for real-time interfaces and monitoring tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across UI, backend, and embedded systems
• Optimise performance, ensure code modularity, and maintain high-quality standards
• Participate in code reviews, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in the MERN stack
• Experience building mobile apps using React Native
• Strong programming skills in C++ (OOP, memory handling, performance tuning)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSocket communication, and data sync workflows
• Good understanding of secure coding practices and application-level security
• Experience with Git, Docker, and automated testing tools

Nice to Have

• Background in working with real-time systems, telemetry dashboards, or control interfaces
• Exposure to low-bandwidth optimisation, offline-first app design, or hardware-in-the-loop setups
