Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Hybrid – 2 days WFO)
Work Mode: 5 days a week, Hybrid

Role Overview
Looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join the Financial Services team, contributing to the development of scalable, high-performance systems across both frontend and backend. Strong ownership, technical depth, and collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance cloud-based applications
- Work across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js/Python)
- Collaborate with architects on system design and technology decisions
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- Strong fullstack experience:
- Backend: Node.js or Python
- Frontend: React.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with message-based systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis)
- Strong database experience:
- PostgreSQL
- NoSQL (MongoDB)
- Experience working in product-based companies
- Education from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, DTU, etc.)
- (Exceptions considered for candidates from top-tier product companies)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, POS, or Retail domains
- Prior experience mentoring or leading teams
