Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, and role-based user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Design and develop backend services using Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js, .NET, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, relational data models, workflow services, scenario/version management, and employee-level transaction logic.
- Implement workflow orchestration including approvals, stage gates, audit logging, reconciliation, reporting, and export capabilities.
- Develop approval routing, immutable audit trails, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, product reviews, and technical roadmap planning.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and privacy standards.
