Role - Fullstack Developer
Location - Pune (Onsite)

About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Python (Django) and
React.js to help build and scale our cloud-based SaaS EMR platform.
You will work closely with architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to develop scalable,
secure, and high-performance healthcare applications.
The ideal candidate has experience building modern web applications, REST APIs, and cloud-
native systems, and enjoys working in a fast-paced product environment.
Technical Requirements
Must Have
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in Python and Django / Django REST Framework.
• Strong experience in React.js (Hooks, Context API, modern frontend practices).
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture.
Good to Have
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Zustand / React Query).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to healthcare systems, EMR/EHR, or HL7/FHIR standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
