About The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong eye for design and a passion for building beautiful, fast, static websites. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about visual polish, clean layouts, performance, and pixel-perfect execution. You'll focus primarily on marketing sites, landing pages, and content-driven static sites, while also handling light backend or integration work when needed. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of aesthetics combined with technical expertise, ensuring that every project not only functions flawlessly but also looks stunning across all devices and browsers. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web experiences that align with client branding and business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in front-end development, with experience in building static websites on platforms such as Framer. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, along with a strong understanding of modern CSS techniques including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design principles. Experience working with frameworks and tools like Next.js, Astro, Gatsby, or Vite is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent attention to visual detail, layout, and user experience. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and modern deployment workflows is expected. The ability to work independently, take ownership of features, and deliver results with minimal supervision is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build visually polished, responsive static websites that meet design specifications and user needs.
- Translate high-fidelity designs into clean, semantic, and high-performance code.
- Ensure optimal user experience across various devices and browsers through responsive and accessible design.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility to maximize reach and engagement.
- Implement animations and interactions that enhance user engagement without compromising performance.
- Integrate content management systems (CMS), APIs, or lightweight backend services as needed to support dynamic content.
- Maintain consistency across design systems and reusable components to ensure uniformity and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to refine project requirements and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new tools to continuously improve development processes.
