Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
