Role Description
We're building financial infrastructure for small businesses - on top of India's Digital Public Infrastructure (UPI, Account Aggregator, GSTN). The kind of work that actually matters.
This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Rajkot.
The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power Aarthik Labs’ financial infrastructure products. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.
- Qualifications
- You'll fit if you're strong in TypeScript, comfortable across Node/Next/React, good with databases and APIs, and energised by ambiguity rather than slowed by it.
- Proficiency in back-end web development, including building APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure server-side logic.
- Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and end-to-end software development, from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest/ Experience in fintech, financial services, or building data-intensive applications is a plus.
