Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to bridge the gap between traditional software architecture and cutting-edge Generative AI. You will be responsible for building end-to-end applications while leading the design and optimization of LLM interactions. The ideal candidate doesn't just call APIs—they understand how to structure high-quality prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate, secure, and performant.
Key Responsibilities
● Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React for frontend and Java/Python for backend).
● Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, test, and refine complex prompts for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to handle tasks like code generation, content creation, and data extraction.
● AI Integration: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt chaining, and agentic workflows using frameworks like Lang Chain or Llama Index.
● API & Database Management: Build robust RESTful/Graph QL APIs and manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with a focus on integrating vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
● Performance & Reliability: Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality and bias, implementing "prompt tracing" and debugging techniques to meet production standards.
● Collaboration: Work with product managers to translate business requirements into structured prompts and technical architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
● Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and modern frontend libraries (React/Vue).
● AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and a deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought).
● Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/K8
● DevOps: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how to deploy AI-powered applications.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
● Experience building and launching at least one production-grade AI product.
● Contributions to open-source AI projects or a strong portfolio of AI-driven applications on GitHub.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Graduates from IIT and NIT Only)
Working Days- 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays off)
