Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native) located at Suntech’s New Delhi office. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining front-end and back-end web solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating both user-facing and server-side applications, ensuring responsiveness, optimising system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also encompasses using state-of-the-art tools and approaches to build AI-enhanced functionalities that align with organisational goals.
This role is ideal for someone who has shipped real full-stack products on the MERN stack, has a sharp eye in Figma, lives inside AI tooling, and wants outsized impact in a non-tech industry that is ready to be transformed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development
- Experience with Front-End Development and strong knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Proven skills in Software Development for building scalable and robust applications
- Familiarity with AI technologies or a willingness to learn and integrate AI into system architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
