About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced AI-native Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. Proven experience in building and scaling early-stage products is critical, along with hands-on knowledge of AI/ML integrations, large language models, and AI-powered applications.
A comprehensive understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture principles is required. Experience working within the healthcare sector, especially with compliance standards like HIPAA, is a plus. Candidates should exhibit the ability to balance speed and quality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of 0-1 products, from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Act as both a technical leader and a hands-on contributor across frontend and backend development.
- Define and implement AI-first architecture and development practices to ensure innovative and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their requirements, shape technical solutions, and build trust through transparent communication.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement while actively participating in project execution.
- Translate product ideas into robust, maintainable, and scalable systems that meet business needs.
