About the Role
A leading healthtech company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong software development skills and hands-on experience deploying AI-powered applications into production. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building end-to-end applications, integrating AI/ML models and LLMs, and delivering scalable, reliable solutions.
We are looking for an engineer who understands both full-stack development and the practical challenges of taking AI applications from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python and relevant backend frameworks.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, and Generative AI capabilities into production applications.
- Build and deploy AI-powered features, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work with databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to support application development and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
- Implement testing, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization across the application stack.
- Follow best practices for software architecture, security, version control, and CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, database design, and application architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience deploying AI-powered applications or AI/ML models into production.
- Experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI APIs, or machine learning models into real-world applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.
- Understanding of production monitoring, debugging, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote engineering environment.
Good to Have
- Experience building applications using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with vector databases and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience deploying AI workloads and managing inference performance in production.
- Knowledge of automated testing, observability, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working in healthcare technology or other regulated industries.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can build complete applications and successfully integrate AI into production environments.
Production AI experience is required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate AI-powered features or applications they have built, deployed, and maintained—not just prototypes, academic projects, or experimentation with AI APIs.
