About the Role
LAXXA is an early-stage fashion-tech startup building a smart wardrobe and dress rental platform. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of experience who can take ownership, build scalable systems, and contribute to the company’s growth from an early stage.
💻 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
- Build backend services using Node.js & Express.js
- Develop responsive UI using React.js
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
- Take full ownership of features (end-to-end development)
- Collaborate with product and design teams
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making
🛠️ Required Technical Skills
🔹 Backend:
- Node.js
- Express.js
- REST API development
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB (preferred)
🔹 Frontend:
- React.js
- Redux
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Tailwind CSS
🔹 Mobile (Preferred):
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with AI/ML tools or API integrations
- Exposure to AR (Augmented Reality) concepts
- Experience working in early-stage startups (0–1 stage)
👤 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
- Comfortable with high ownership and responsibility
