We are specifically looking for developers who actively use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, etc.) to build and ship features faster.
What Legodesk Does: We build legal-tech SaaS for banks and NBFCs. When a bank needs to recover crores in bad loans across thousands of borrowers and dozens of jurisdictions, our platform runs that operation. Legal notices, case tracking, payment recovery, compliance — all automated.
This is not another CRM or dashboard project. You will be building software that moves real money, meets real legal deadlines, and serves real bank teams every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Own features end-to-end without PM, Testers — from database schema to React UI to Backend with Docker deployment to production monitoring
- Build systems that handle legal notices in regional languages, case lifecycle across jurisdictions, payment recovery flows, and RBI compliance
- Talk directly to bank/NBFC stakeholders, understand their problem, design the solution, ship it to the product
- Debug production issues, manage AWS infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines — you deploy what you build
- Make technical decisions yourself. No architecture review boards. No 2-week sprint plans waiting for approval
Must Have
- Java / Spring Boot — Microservices, REST APIs, async processing
- React.js — Full pages and flows end-to-end, not just components
- DevOps / AWS — Docker, CI/CD, EC2, S3, CloudWatch
- Databases — MongoDB
- Production debugging experience — you’ve fixed live systems via AI agent codes, not just written new code

- Message queues (SQS)
- Document processing — data processing, Word Document & PDF generation, template engines, report engines, & Communication stack Integration
- Spring Cloud Config
- Fintech / legal-tech domain exposure
- Effective AI tool usage (Claude code, Codex, Copilot & OpenClaw)
