Role Description The Full Stack Development Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs covering front-end, back-end, databases, and related tools, ensuring learners gain practical, job-ready skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, guiding hands-on exercises and projects, and evaluating learner performance through assignments and assessments. The role also involves staying current with modern development frameworks and best practices, providing mentoring and career guidance to trainees, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the curriculum and training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue).
- Hands-on experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET) and RESTful API development.
- Sound knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and basic data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control, build tools, and deployment practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms).
- Demonstrated training, teaching, or mentoring experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience designing curricula, creating training materials, and incorporating real-world case studies or projects into learning.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and continuous professional development.
