About the Role
Rabbitt AI is looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Development & AI Integration Trainer to lead an industry-focused training program for university students in Chandigarh.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, backend and frontend technologies, databases, APIs, and AI/ML integration who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and turning technical concepts into practical learning experiences.
As a Trainer, you will conduct classroom sessions, hands-on workshops, coding exercises, and project-based learning. You will mentor students on real-world application development and help them build practical, industry-relevant technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, coding exercises, and practical training
Train students on full-stack development and real-world technology applications
Conduct hands-on sessions focused on building practical projects
Guide students in developing and integrating real-world applications
Mentor students on technical assignments, assessments, and capstone projects
Help learners understand industry best practices around development, security, scalability, performance, and deployment
Guide students in integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications where required
Conduct evaluations and provide regular feedback on student performance
Track attendance, learning progress, and training outcomes
Support students in developing practical, industry-ready technical skills
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in full-stack development, software development, technical training, or relevant industry implementation
Strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development
Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and application architecture
Experience with modern web development frameworks and backend technologies
Familiarity with AI/ML model integration and deployment
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and version control
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with university students
Prior experience conducting technical training, bootcamps, workshops, or university programs will be an added advantage
