About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual contributor to play a key role in developing robust and scalable applications, particularly within the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full JavaScript stack, you will bridge the gap between deep pharmaceutical process understanding and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in developing intelligent solutions that optimize operations across vital areas such as Document Management Systems (DMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). You will leverage your strong coding prowess and familiarity with modern development tools to bring transformative AI applications to life within the enterprise, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement robust AI/ML models specifically tailored to solve complex challenges within pharmaceutical operations, including but not limited to QMS compliance monitoring, LIMS data analysis, and DMS optimization.
- Collaborate closely with pharmaceutical subject matter experts to translate intricate domain requirements and business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Integrate sophisticated AI/ML solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including various DMS, QMS, and LIMS platforms, ensuring data integrity and operational synergy.
- Utilize and evaluate a diverse set of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and modern development tools to accelerate the development and deployment cycles of AI applications.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis, model training, validation, testing, and deployment, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, scalability, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality web applications across the full stack using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Design and develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration with various systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Leverage your pharma domain knowledge to understand and integrate with systems like LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), QMS (Quality Management Systems), and DMS (Document Management Systems).
- Apply expertise in coding 'vibe tools' (interpreting this as internal/proprietary tools or frameworks often used for specific functionalities within a domain).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and maintain high coding standards.
