operations. We also rely on a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) to manage our training and educational programs.

To achieve these ambitious objectives, we are embarking on two critical initiatives:
•In-House LMS Solution: We are developing a tailored, in-house LMS solution to deliver a more personalized and efficient learning
platform for our users.
•Web Crawling Enhancement: We are expanding our web crawling capabilities within our existing custom Analytics tool, enabling us
to gather data from a wider array of websites. This will provide us with richer and more robust datasets for our analytical endeavors.

Role Summary: Seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Senior Full Stack Developer with MERN expertise to lead development for key
educational content platforms (Boostr, Journeybuilder, DesignPilot). The role involves scaling and enhancing web-based systems for
content production, AI-powered learning, and digital course creation. Candidate must be a self-starter, thrive in autonomy, and excel
at cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain complex web applications with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
•Architect and implement modular, extensible backend APIs for AI-assisted workflows and course production pipelines.
•Build responsive, accessible, and performant frontends with dynamic visualizations and real-time collaboration.
•Integrate AI APIs and third-party services (AWS, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Starweaver Analytics).
•Collaborate on user-first, data-enriched interfaces with designers, content strategists, and AI researchers.
•Support microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
•Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, Supertest).
•Optimize app performance and security (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, Mongo Atlas).
•Participate in design/code reviews, sprints, architecture planning, and mentor team members.
Technical Requirements:
•Frontend: Advanced React.js, Context, Redux, React Query; UI libraries (MUI, TailwindCSS, Ant Design); Formik, React Hook Form;
D3.js/Chart.js for data visualization.
•Backend: Advanced Node.js, Express.js (async workflows); MongoDB schema design, aggregation, performance; API security
(OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS); File/media handling (Multer/S3).
•DevOps/Tooling: Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, basic Kubernetes; RESTful services (GraphQL optional); Logging/monitoring
(LogRocket, Sentry, Prometheus).
•Other Integrations: Familiar with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere); Experience with coent production pipelines/asset
management systems; Familiarity with LMS environments (SCORM, xAPI highly desirable).
