About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Generative AI to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Implement and integrate Generative AI models into applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices in coding and design.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring responsiveness across various devices.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Technical Skills
Must Have
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development skills in languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with database technologies, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Trello).
