We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer who can help us build, improve, and scale The Tatva’s digital products, including our app, website, internal tools, dashboards, and other tech-led initiatives.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Hybrid
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve app-based products for The Tatva.
- 2-4 years of experience in app development.
- Build scalable front-end and back-end systems for our website, app, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Work closely with product, design, editorial, and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into functional products.
- Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX designs.
- Build and maintain APIs, databases, admin panels, CMS workflows, and backend services.
- Optimize products for speed, performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate third-party tools, analytics, payment systems, notification systems, AI tools, and other required services.
- Debug issues, improve existing code, and ensure smooth deployment of features.
- Use AI tools to assist with faster development, debugging, code review, workflow automation, and product experimentation.
- Contribute ideas for improving user experience, product features, internal workflows, and overall tech efficiency.
- Stay updated with modern web technologies, app development practices, AI-assisted coding tools, and consumer-tech trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, or digital products.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Good understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, FastAPI, PHP, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or other relevant database systems.
- Experience in building and working with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, authentication systems, CMS platforms, and admin dashboards.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, hosting, deployment, and DevOps tools such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vercel, Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Good understanding of app development or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies will be a plus.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for coding, debugging, workflow automation, product building, and development efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Prior experience in media, content platforms, consumer apps, SaaS products, or high-traffic digital products will be preferred.
