Overview
We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of an internal web application. This role will focus on modernizing the frontend experience while building scalable backend services, ensuring a seamless and high-performing product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance a modern web application using React 18 and TypeScript
- Build and maintain backend APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Improve UI/UX consistency, including component standardization and reusable widget configuration
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Optimize application performance across frontend and backend layers
- Ensure clean code practices, testing, and maintainability
- Integrate APIs and manage state effectively across the application
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with:
- React 18, TypeScript 5, and modern frontend tooling (Vite)
- styled components and/or Tailwind CSS
- Solid backend development experience with:
- Python
- FastAPI for building RESTful services
- Experience with:
- API design and integration
- State management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Web application architecture and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience working on internal tools or enterprise web apps
- Familiarity with component libraries and design systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Experience standardizing frontend architecture across teams
