About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on building and scaling product features across the full stack — designing robust backend services in Python and delivering polished, responsive front-end experiences with React. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, takes ownership of their work, and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
- Build and enhance responsive front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and architectural issues across the stack
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and reliability
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one major framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
- Solid experience with React.js and JavaScript/ES6+; comfortable with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to design and consume RESTful APIs
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Strong problem-solving skills — you approach ambiguous challenges methodically and find elegant solutions
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerised development environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualifications
