Learne2i and CUPS Innovation.
This role focuses on developing scalable backend systems, AI-powered RAG pipelines, and deployment-ready applications that directly power real users in education and industry.
You will work across:
- AI systems (RAG, embeddings, document intelligence)
- Backend platforms (Python + .NET)
- Deployment and production environments
- Integration with VR-based training systems

This role is critical in transforming ideas into production-grade systems.
🛠️
Responsibilities- Design and develop backend systems using Python and .NET
- Build and maintain REST APIs (FastAPI / ASP.NET Core)
- Develop RAG pipelines:
- Document ingestion (OCR → structured data)
- Embeddings and vector search
- Work with databases (SQL + vector DB like Qdrant)
- Deploy applications on:
- Local environments (Windows systems)
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Debug and resolve:
- Deployment issues
- API failures
- Data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with Unity/VR team for backend integration
- Optimize system performance (speed, accuracy, scalability)
- Implement secure coding practices and data handling

Core Skills (Mandatory)- Strong experience in Python
- Working knowledge of .NET / C#
- Experience building APIs using:
- FastAPI / Flask OR ASP.NET Core
- Solid understanding of SQL databases
- Hands-on experience with:
- Running Python projects locally (venv, pip, requirements)

AI / Data (Preferred)- Understanding of:
- LLMs (GPT-based systems)
- Embeddings and vector databases
- Experience with:
- Document processing (PDF, OCR, Markdown)

Deployment & Systems (Very Important)- Experience with:
- Uvicorn / server setup
- Debugging runtime errors
- Basic cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)

Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–5 years of relevant development experience (flexible for strong candidates)
