Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with deep expertise across frontend, backend, and database systems to help build and evolve NuePrism.
This role requires hands-on ownership across the full application stack, including:
- Frontend architecture and workflows
- Backend APIs and orchestration systems
- Database modeling and query optimization
- Performance, scalability, and maintainability
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with the PERN stack:
- PostgreSQL

You will work on complex workflows involving:

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Engineering
- Design and build scalable applications using the PERN stack
- Develop complex frontend workflows using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Build robust backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Design maintainable APIs and backend orchestration systems
- Architect reusable frontend and backend modules
- Develop role-aware and context-aware product experiences
- Handle large datasets and execution intelligence workflows
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and system design discussions
Database & Backend Systems
- Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and relational data models
- Optimize queries, indexing strategies, and backend performance
- Build aggregation pipelines and execution insight systems
- Implement caching, background processing, and asynchronous workflows
- Debug cross-stack issues affecting correctness and performance
Frontend Architecture
- Build scalable component systems and frontend patterns
- Optimize rendering strategies for performance and usability
- Implement structured state management and data fetching patterns
- Create workflows for complex data interpretation and action-taking
- Improve consistency, maintainability, and user experience quality
