Role Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)
Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - 1 day/week from office)

To design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using MERN stack technologies, ensuring high-quality code delivery and seamless user experiences aligned with foundation goals
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities (with Priority Weightage)
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features
Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and implement security best practices
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes
Required Skills & Competencies
Functional / Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Experience with RESTful API design, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
