🚀 Hiring: Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python + AI Agents)

💰 Salary: ₹6–8 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

We are looking for a sharp, product-minded Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end — from pixel-perfect React UIs to scalable Python & Node.js backends, including agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
If you love shipping fast, building production-ready systems, and working closely with product & design, this role is for you.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Build agentic AI workflows using LangChain & LangGraph
- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect React UIs from Figma
- Create scalable backend APIs using Fastify & FastAPI
- Own features across the stack from DB schema → API → UI
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, API Gateway)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker deployments, monitoring & rollback strategies
- Handle frontend state with Zustand & React Query
- Build clean, tested, production-grade code
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams
- Participate in standups, sprint planning, and roadmap discussions
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of full stack development experience
- Strong expertise in React, Node.js, Python
- Hands-on with LangChain & LangGraph
- Strong FastAPI / Fastify API development experience
- Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB + SQL
- Able to quickly learn new tools from documentation
- Strong ownership mindset & communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
