Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer (6+ years) with strong expertise in Laravel, Next.js, and Flutter to lead development and deliver scalable, production-ready systems.
You will work closely with product, QA, and design teams to build a robust, high-performance platform.

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
- Build and optimise backend systems using Laravel (PHP)
- Develop high-performance frontend applications using Next.js (React)
- Build and maintain mobile apps using Flutter (iOS & Android)
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Implement secure and scalable payment workflows (pre-auth, capture, adjustments)
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of the system
- Collaborate with QA for testing, debugging, and optimisation
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Maintain proper documentation and version control

Required Skills & Experience- 6+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Laravel (advanced level)
- Next.js / React
- Flutter (production-level apps)
- Experience with:
- RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
- Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, etc.)
- Database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Git & version control workflows
- Strong understanding of:
- System architecture & scalability
- Security best practices
- Performance optimisation

Preferred / Bonus Skills- Experience with real-time systems (tracking, notifications)
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD (AWS, Docker, Jenkins)
- Experience working on:
- Booking platforms
- Mobility / logistics / transport systems
