About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale our in-house software systems.
This role involves developing new features, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and continuously upgrading existing internal platforms used across operations and business workflows.
We are open to both freshers and experienced developers who have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of modern web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain scalable full stack web applications.
• Upgrade and improve existing in-house software systems.
• Identify, debug, and resolve application bugs and issues.
• Build clean, reusable, and efficient frontend components.
• Develop secure and optimized backend APIs and services.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational requirements.
• Optimize application performance and overall user experience.
• Write maintainable and scalable code following best practices.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production issue handling.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Understanding of React.js and Next.js.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of NestJS.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of Redis and caching concepts.
• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of responsive UI development.

EligibilityFreshers
• Strong fundamentals in web development.

• Ability to debug and improve existing systems efficiently.
